The Space

A spacious new apartment (55m2) located in the city center. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the historic Diocletian’s Palace, the Riva promenade, the Croatian National Theatre, and cultural monuments. It features a large bedroom with an additional sofa and a work desk, a living room with a sofa that converts into a bed for two, a bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious kitchen equipped with an oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, air conditioning, and smart Android TV in every room, as well as a hairdryer, towels, and WiFi.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2024. and includes a smart lock that can be opened with a smart card or by entering a code. In line with the highest safety standards, the apartment is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. A lighting sensor makes night time entry easier. We are so grateful to have found Ozzie and Maja's place. We were arriving at 11:00 PM and Ozzie was there waiting for us with a smile on his face. He let us in the apartment and made sure we understood how to use all the appliances and how to connect to the wifi. The fridge was stocked with a few sodas. The aparment had been recently renovated. It has a huge comfy couch. The bathroom had everything we needed including a vanity kit, shower caps, toothbrush. The whole experience felt like a five star hotel. The location couldn't be better. There is free parking right across the park from the place. This is the closest you can get to the old town with parking. I would absoluely stay here again. Thank you, Ozzie!

Lovely apartment within walking distance of the old town and bus station. A nice park across the street with benches and grass to relax. Two great bakeries on the same block. Bed and sofabed in the bedroom were comfortable. Located on the bottom floor with windows facing away from busy street so very quiet. Living room with Smart tv (Netflix, etc). Well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine and drying rack were nice features to get some laundry done. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We showed up early in the morning and they let us leave our bags. They then messaged us as soon as the place was clean and ready to check-in.
